Mahindra Electric, Terrago Collaborate For Last-mile Delivery Services

Terrago has already deployed 65 Mahindra Treo Zor cargo vehicles under its fleet. Mahindra Electric will be supplying more of these to the start-up.

In a bid to supply electric vehicles, Mahindra Electric Mobility Limited (MEML) has entered in to a partnership with Terrago Logistics, a Delhi-based start-up. 

Terrago has already deployed 65 Mahindra Treo Zor cargo vehicles under its fleet. It is worth mentioning here that this start-up works with Big Basket and Porter in many Indian cities. 

According to a communication from the vehicle maker, the company aims to help Terrago in its fleet expansion, which claims to have Bennet Colman & Co, ABInbev, Tata Consumer, Varun Beverages (Pepsi), Dabur and ITC as its clients.

Suman Mishra, CEO of Mahindra Electric Mobility Limited, said, “Terrago has been one of the early adopters of our Mahindra Treo Zor electric 3-wheelers. We believe this partnership will not only accelerate our carbon neutral goals but also lay the foundation for others to adopt electric mobility.”

Mohan Ramaswamy, Co-founder, Terrago Logistics, said, “Terrago’s association with Mahindra to accelerate electric vehicle penetration, helps fulfil our social responsibility towards the nation of reducing the carbon footprint in the country in our own small way.”

Terrago Logistics, a phygital company, provides end-to-end logistics solutions in multimodal transport, warehousing and last-mile delivery through electric vehicles to the F&B, consumer goods, industrial goods, paper and packaging industries.
