Lohia Unveils Humsafar IK Tipper mobility outlook

Lohia Auto Industries has introduced the Humsafar IK Tipper electric utility vehicle designed specifically for waste collection and management. Aiming to provide a sustainable alternative to traditional diesel-powered vehicles, the Humsafar IK Tipper combines robust performance, eco-friendly technology, and practical features, making it a compelling solution for industries focused on efficient waste disposal. Priced between INR 8 lakh and INR 9 lakh (ex-showroom), the vehicle offers an affordable entry point for businesses.

With a top speed of 48 kmph and a 6 kW power output, the Lohia Humsafar IK Tipper is engineered to handle heavy-duty tasks such as garbage collection. The battery's fast-charging capability ensures a full charge in just four hours, minimising downtime and improving productivity for operators.

The vehicle’s design supports its utility-focused application. Its garbage collection box measures 1750x1485x1450 mm, providing ample space for substantial waste loads. A ground clearance of 220 mm and a gradability of 13 degrees allow the Humsafar IK Tipper to navigate rough terrains and hilly areas with ease. The digital instrument cluster displays essential information such as speed and battery life.

Built with durability in mind, the Humsafar IK Tipper has a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of 1047 kg, ensuring reliable performance under load. The vehicle features hydraulic drum brakes on both the front and rear wheels, providing stopping power and safety during operations.
