Lamborghini Unveils Temerario mobility outlook

Lamborghini has unveiled its latest masterpiece, the Temerario, a twin-turbo V8 hybrid super sports car, during the prestigious Quail Motorsports Gathering at Monterey Car Week in California. With a power output of 897 bhp, the Temerario can reach a top speed exceeding 340 kmph and accelerates from 0 to 100 kmph in just 2.7 seconds. This new model is the second Lamborghini HPEV (High Performance Electrified Vehicle) and marks the third step in the brand's electrification strategy, following the introduction of the Revuelto and the Urus SE.

The Temerario replaces the Lamborghini Huracan, which has held the title of the best-selling super sports car in the history of the company since its debut in 2014. Stephan Winkelmann, Chairman and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini, emphasised that each new Lamborghini must surpass the performance of its predecessors. The Temerario does just that, reaching new heights in performance, sportiness, and driving pleasure.

Winkelmann mentioned 'With the Temerario, we’ve exceeded our expectations of what a mid-engine sports car can achieve in terms of performance and design. The Temerario completes the next chapter in our Direzione Cor Tauri plan by hybridising our entire product line, as we continue to develop our full electric model, which is set to debut at the end of the decade.'

In addition to its global debut, the Temerario also made its virtual entrance in the Lamborghini Lab on Roblox, an official design and driving experience platform created by Automobili Lamborghini. In this virtual environment, users can customise their own Temerario using colours and options from Lamborghini’s Ad Personam studio and experience its unparalleled performance on the track, competing with friends and challengers from around the world.
