KTM India has made an announcement stating that all KTM and Husqvarna motorcycles that are bought from 1 April 2024 onwards will be available with a total of 5 years warranty. This includes two years standard warranty and three years extended warranty. The icing on top of the cake is that customers don’t have to pay a single rupee to avail this.
A long warranty coverage provides peace of mind for the owner, should a part or component fail. In the past there have been cases of leaky gaskets, failed radiator fans and electrical issues with KTM motorcycles. Warranty coverage will ensure that the faulty parts are replaced with new ones for free. Even the labour costs associated with the repairs are covered under this warranty program.
The company also announced that the bikes will get a year of 24x7 roadside assistance for free. The 24x7 roadside assistance is also quite handy in ensuring that your bike can be taken care of in the event of a breakdown. The service includes flat tyre assistance, on-site repair and towing to the nearest KTM and Husqvarna service center.
