Kia India has been introducing subtle updates in its range of cars in the recent past. After introducing new colours and variants in the last few months, the carmaker is now set to further enhance the appeal of certain products.
Models such as the Sonet, Seltos, and the Carens will receive special editions around the upcoming festive season. These editions will be similar to the anniversary or Aurochs editions launched in the past and will feature cosmetic revisions and tweaks to the feature list.
It’s not just product enhancements that Kia will make as the company is scheduled to introduce two all-new models in the country on 3 October. While the new-gen Carnival was showcased at the 2023 Auto Expo, it is later this year that the model will finally go on sale. Also scheduled for a price reveal is the EV9 which will become the brand’s flagship electric offering in the Indian market and sit above the EV6, its sole EV on sale in the country at the moment.
