Kia India Launches Carens In X-Line Variant

The vehicles are offered in petrol 7DCT and diesel 6AT, in a 6-seater configuration, for ex-showroom prices of INR 18.95 lakh and INR 19.44 lakh, respectively.

Kia India has launched the Carens X-Line in two variants, petrol 7DCT and diesel 6AT, in a 6-seater configuration, for ex-showroom prices of INR 18.95 lakh and INR 19.44 lakh, respectively.

This new trim boasts significant exterior and interior design enhancements unique to the X-Line styling, showcasing the Xclusive Matte Graphite exterior colour and Xclusive two-tone black and Splendid Sage green interiors.

The Carens X-Line has the exclusive rear seat entertainment (RSE) unit for LH rear passengers, featuring podcasts, screen mirroring, pinkfong, and various other entertainment and news apps. The RSE unit can also be controlled via a remote-control app installed on the user's phone.

Myung-sik Sohn, Chief Sales and Business Officer, Kia India, said, “We are seeing a lot of new-age buyers considering distinctive and exclusive products while making purchasing decisions, so we decided to extend this trim to our India Car of The Year – Kia Carens.”

The company claims to have sold around one lakh units of the Carens to date.
