Kia India, one of the fastest-growing premium carmakers in the country, has refreshed its trim line-up for the Seltos and Sonet models with the introduction of five new variants and a revamped X-Line. Among the additions are four new GTX variants available in both Petrol DCT and Diesel AT powertrain options. Additionally, customers can now purchase a Sonet with a turbo petrol engine for under INR 10 lakh with the introduction of the Smartstream G1.0 HTK iMT variant.

Enhancing the value proposition of top-tier trims, the GTX+ variants in the Seltos now feature Solar Glass and white callipers in both the front and rear. Strengthening the X-Line offering, Kia India has launched the Aurora Black Pearl colour option, providing an all-black glossy look alongside the existing Matt Graphite option. The new GTX variant includes features such as ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), a sliding armrest, and a 360-degree camera, among others, over the HTX variant.

For the Sonet, the updates bring in-demand features like ISOFIX, a wireless phone charger, rear wipers and washers, and diamond-cut alloy wheels to the lower trims as well. The introduction of GTX variants enhances the value proposition of the GT Line trims in the Sonet, offering more options to customers.

Myung-sik Sohn, Chief Sales Officer of Kia India, said, “Constant evolution and customer centricity have been the key to Kia's success in India. The product enhancements are part of the same strategy, offering our customers the latest technology, features, and best value for the money they spend. The introduction of GTX trims will not only offer our customers the thrill of driving a GT line but also keep them abreast of the latest and best automotive innovations packed in a car. Other offerings like a turbo petrol Sonet under INR 10 lakh and the black-themed X-Line are part of offering our customers the utmost choice so that they don't have to compromise on their aspirations.'
