Kia India has announced that it has retained its pole position in the Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations (FADA) - Dealer Satisfaction Study 2022 with 871 points. Interestingly, the company had also topped the previous two years with 879 and 736 points.
The annual survey was conducted by FADA in association with Premon Asia, a consumer-insight-led consulting & advisory firm based out of Singapore.
According to a press release from Kia India, it has also earned the distinction of being the only OEM across categories to score over 850 points for two consecutive years. Kia India outperformed the overall industry average this year by 152 points and the 4-wheeler mass segment’s average by 98 points.
Kia India said it intends to increase its touchpoints to 400 dealerships across 225 cities by the end of CY22. At present, the company has a dealership network of 339 across India.
Hardeep Singh Brar, Vice President and National Head of Sales & Marketing, Kia India, said, “We consider our dealer associates an intrinsic part of our growth journey in India. They are our brand ambassadors in the real sense as customers’ brand interaction begins with them.'
In its first year, Kia India scored 295 points in the FADA Dealer Satisfaction Study 2019, the company added.
