In line with the ongoing trend to digitising sales processes, South Korean carmaker Kia India on Thursday introduced an integrated solution application called ‘Kia Digi-Connect.’
According to the company, this initiative will further enrich the digital buying experience for its customers.
The company claims that it is an industry-first video-based live sales consultation offered through website scheduling & integration with the company’s CRM system.
This customised application will enable customers to connect with their nearest dealerships and get complete assistance using a video conference platform, offering them a showroom-like experience, the company said in a press release.
Tae-Jin Park, Executive Director and Chief Sales & Business Strategy Officer, Kia India, said the new initiative signifies the company’s innovative approach towards offering a matchless premium customer experience, aligned with its new brand purpose, ‘Movement that inspires’.
The application is integrated with the company’s Central Lead Management System for customer data privacy. Moreover, it will also provide customers with several additional options of 360-degree virtual experience through video call, screen & video sharing, and sharing brochures, pricelist, etc., through digital medium during the video conference to further address their queries.

The Kia Digi-Connect solution is designed to ensure just that, he added.
