Kia India has introduced a new online self-evaluation module named 'Exchange Your Car' allowing customers to quickly estimate the value of their current vehicles, making the car exchange process more convenient and efficient. The 'Exchange Your Car' feature falls under Kia’s Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) domain, reflecting the company's commitment to enhancing customer experience.
To use this service, customers need to navigate to the 'Exchange Your Car' option under the 'Buy' section on Kia’s website. By entering essential details such as the make, model, variant, manufacturing year, and kilometres driven, customers can receive an approximate valuation of their car from the comfort of their home. This not only streamlines the initial phase of car exchanges but may instil confidence in customers to proceed with their transactions.
