Kabira Mobility has launched an extensive network of over 350 service centres nationwide. The newly launched service centres will cater exclusively to Kabira Mobility’s range of electric motorbikes offering comprehensive maintenance services. The initiative is expected to benefit existing owners and attract new customers by ensuring reliable and accessible after-sales support.
Strategically positioned across major cities and towns, the 350+ service centres are set to provide nationwide coverage. The centres are also well-stocked with genuine spare parts, a crucial component for maintaining the performance and longevity of electric vehicles. Additionally, a strong roadside assistance (RSA) network supports these centres allowing seamless access to the nearest facility in case of vehicle emergencies.
The expansion plan also aims to minimise service wait times. Kabira Mobility's goal is to reduce maintenance delays and improve the overall customer experience, addressing one of the major hurdles in the electric vehicle sector. Quick turnaround times are expected to build greater trust among users and improve the perception of electric two-wheelers as a practical and reliable mode of transport.
Jaibir Siwach, CEO of Kabira Mobility, pointed out that this expansion aims to fill gaps in the market and ensure that customers have a reliable support system throughout their vehicle’s lifespan.
Looking ahead, Kabira Mobility plans to further expand its service network to over 1,000 centres by 2025, demonstrating its long-term commitment to the E2W market. This ambitious goal underscores the company's strategy to not only compete within the industry but also to set a benchmark for after-sales service standards.
