JSW MG Motor India in partnership with Google Cloud India has launched two AI-powered chatbots named Avira and Vir. The company introduced these digital tools to improve customer service and operational efficiency. Developed with the support of Riafy the chatbots are designed to provide tailored assistance and real-time support to customers across various platforms. JSW MG Motor India becomes the first car manufacturer in the country to adopt such technology for customer engagement. Avira and Vir will be available on the company's website, WhatsApp, and through the EVPEDIA platform, enhancing accessibility for users.

The introduction of these chatbots forms part of a wider initiative by JSW MG Motor India to integrate AI into its customer service strategy. By adapting to individual customer needs and histories, the bots offer intuitive support which is expected to drive improved customer satisfaction and build trust. Additionally, the chatbots are equipped with multilingual capabilities, making them accessible to a diverse customer base. They will also help the company gather insights into customer behaviour enabling more informed decision-making to improve overall service quality.

Avira is focused on improving the car-buying experience by offering interactive and personalised assistance. It can address customer queries about JSW MG vehicles through text and voice interactions on the company’s website and WhatsApp. Vir, on the other hand, serves as an educational tool, providing comprehensive information on electric vehicles (EVs). Available on the EVPEDIA website and WhatsApp, Vir helps potential EV buyers make informed decisions by offering insights and answering common queries about electric vehicles.
