Leading tyre maker JK Tyre has inaugurated six new Steel Wheel- Brand shops in the northern part of India, located in Faridabad, Alwar, Nokha, Meerut and Rewari. The brand shops were inaugurated virtually by Anuj Kathuria, President-India, JK Tyre and Industries.
Kathuria noted that the company is bullish on network expansion through its Steel Wheel Brand shops. In addition to inaugurating the brand stores, the company also launched two new ranges of tyres, Ranger HPE for EVs and Ranger X-AT for the SUV segment. Interestingly, these tyre ranges are initially launched in Delhi and neighbouring regions.
Ranger X-AT stands for extreme all-terrain, and the SUV-focused tyres are suitable for Tata Safari, Toyota Fortuner and Mahindra Scorpio, and the like with all-terrain capabilities company said.
Meanwhile, the Ranger HPE, which stands for high-performance electric, is made for EVs such as Tata Nexon and MG ZS EV. Developed with XPolymer3 technology, the EV-specific tyre claims to have reduced road noise. The company President noted that the two new tyre sets will augment its presence in the respective segments.
