Indian tyre manufacturing company JK Tyre & Industries has announced the appointment of Anuj Kathuria as President of its India operations.
Based out of Delhi, in his new role, Kathuria will report to Dr Raghupati Singhania, Chairman & Managing Director, JK Tyre & Industries, and Anshuman Singhania, Managing Director, JK Tyre & Industries.
With experience spanning 31 years, the new President has worked in senior management positions in leading auto companies, including Ashok Leyland and Tata Motors. In addition, he has also worked overseas in the auto sector in senior management positions, a press release from the company noted.
The release added that Kathuria is an engineer and a Post Graduate in Marketing & Finance from Harvard Business School.
Dr Singhania, said, “I am sure that Kathuria will provide adept leadership and lead JK Tyre on a new growth trajectory”.
