Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles commences Phase-2 of its Mega Service Camps initiative, following the successful conclusion of Phase-1, which saw over 6,250 Jawa motorcycles serviced across 36 dealerships in India. The second phase of this extensive service drive began from April 19th and will run through the end of June, extending Jawa’s reach to tier-II and tier-III cities across the country.
This rollout aims to build upon the success of the first phase by targeting an additional 32 cities, aiming to service an additional 10,000 motorcycles. This initiative marks expansion into non-metro cities, enhancing service access to a broader base of Jawa motorcycle owners. Ashish Singh Joshi, CEO of Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles, highlighted the initiative's unique nature, saying “This is a first-of-its-kind initiative by any automotive brand in India and underscores the brand’s dedication towards customer satisfaction and elevating the ownership experience.”
In collaboration with top original equipment manufacturers like Motul, Amaron, and Ceat Tyres, Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles ensures high service quality. Similar to the initial phase, the upcoming camps will offer comprehensive health check-ups for 2019-2020 model Jawa motorcycles, including free replacement of select parts irrespective of the motorcycle's warranty status.
Moreover, the service camps will also feature a dedicated zone for motorcycle owners interested in upgrading their bikes, where they can get an assessment of their vehicle’s exchange value.
The Phase-2 service camps are set to be held in a variety of locations, including Jalandhar, Nagpur, Ghaziabad, Varanasi, Dehradun, and Faridabad, among others, covering a wide geographical spread from Salem to Siliguri and Ranchi to Raipur. Motorcycle owners from the specified model years are encouraged to contact their nearest brand dealership to reserve a slot at the upcoming service camps.
