IntrCity SmartBus has announced the launch of the Digital Luggage Tag, an innovative feature set to transform luggage management for bus travellers. This system is designed to enhance the security and convenience of over 200,000 passengers traveling across more than 630 routes in 16 states.

The Digital Luggage Tag initiative by IntrCity SmartBus aims to streamline the luggage handling process, making bus travel smoother and more reliable. The system allows Bus Captains to digitally record details about each piece of luggage, including its appearance and destination. This information is linked to a unique One-Time Password (OTP) sent to the passenger's contact number, ensuring secure and verified handling of belongings.
