India Kawasaki Motors Launches MY24 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R mobility outlook

India Kawasaki Motors (IKM) has set the adrenaline pumping with the launch of the MY24 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R, an advanced sports bike that promises track-ready performance. Priced at a competitive INR 11,09,000 (ex-Showroom), the Ninja ZX-6R is available in striking 'Lime Green' and 'Metallic Graphite Gray' colours.

This new addition to the Ninja ZX super sport lineup boasts numerous upgrades, both in terms of performance and aesthetics. The 636cc liquid-cooled in-line four-cylinder engine, a hallmark of Kawasaki's sport bikes, receives a revamp with revised cam profiles, ensuring superior low-rpm performance while adhering to the latest OBD norms.

The MY24 Ninja ZX-6R showcases a redesigned exterior, drawing inspiration from the formidable Ninja ZX-10R while maintaining its unique supersport identity. The sleek and dynamic styling is complemented by new compact LED headlights, a sporty windshield, and a 3D interwoven bodywork, creating a bike that turns heads on the racetrack or city streets.

Riders will be greeted by a state-of-the-art 4.3-inch TFT colour instrumentation with smartphone connectivity via RIDEOLOGY THE APP, integrated riding modes, and other enhanced features. The brake system has been upgraded with round discs, enhancing the bike's overall supersport image. Engine and exhaust updates contribute to improved low-rpm performance.

The Ninja ZX-6R emphasises rider-friendly features, including a cassette-style transmission for efficient gear ratio changes, an Assist & Slipper Clutch for a lighter feel at the lever, and a Kawasaki Quick Shifter for seamless acceleration.

Noteworthy is the advanced chassis design with a pressed-aluminium perimeter frame, offering superb handling and feedback. The suspension system, equipped with Showa SFF-BP forks and a Showa rear shock, ensures both racetrack performance and comfort on city roads.

Safety features include the Kawasaki Traction Control (KTRC) with three performance settings, Kawasaki Intelligent Anti-lock Brake System (KIBS), and Power Mode Selection for versatile riding experiences.
