Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has unveiled the interior details of its Hyundai Creta Electric SUV, set to debut at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. The Creta Electric aims to redefine the electric SUV market in India, focusing on enhanced interior space, eco-friendly materials, and modern design elements to provide a premium experience for drivers and passengers.
The Creta Electric boasts a 2610 mm wheelbase, maximising legroom, knee room, and headroom for all occupants. The straight roofline ensures easy ingress and egress, making the vehicle accessible to a wide range of users. A large storage capacity, including a 22-litre 'frunk' and a 433-litre boot, further enhances its practicality.
The interiors feature a dual-tone Granite Grey and Dark Navy theme complemented by ocean blue ambient lighting. Hyundai has incorporated eco-friendly materials in the seating, with fabric made from recycled PET bottles and artificial leather derived from corn extracts.
Innovative design elements such as a floating console with open storage and a unique three-spoke EV steering wheel with Morse code detailing add a modern touch to the cabin. The 10.2-inch dual-curvilinear infotainment and digital cluster screens provide seamless connectivity and control, creating a futuristic driving experience. Additionally, touch-enabled dual automatic temperature control allows for personalised climate settings, improving comfort while optimising energy efficiency.
Front-row seats are equipped with an eight-way power adjustment and a driver memory function, while the passenger seat features a powered walk-in device for enhanced rear legroom, catering to chauffeur-driven users.
