Husky Corporation, a leader in fuelling technology, has introduced its redesigned StreamShaper, tailored for ultra high-flow fuelling applications exceeding 25 gallons per minute. Building on the success of its earlier StreamShaper models, this advanced innovation aims to enhance the refuelling experience for heavy-duty vehicles and high-capacity machinery.
The new StreamShaper addresses common challenges in high-flow fuelling scenarios, including premature shutoffs, splash-backs, and spills. These issues can disrupt operations and frustrate customers in sectors like commercial trucking, industrial machinery, and agriculture. The StreamShaper employs laminar flow technology, delivering a smooth and compact fuel flow that minimises turbulence, ensuring faster and more efficient refueling.
“Our newly designed StreamShaper is engineered to handle the unique demands of modern high-capacity vehicles,” said Paul Nilsen, Technical Service Engineer at Husky Corporation. “By leveraging laminar flow principles, it reduces fuel flow turbulence, minimising early shutoffs and spills, which ultimately boosts customer satisfaction.”
The StreamShaper is optimised for over-the-road trucks, construction vehicles, and high-flow fuelling stations. Its ability to reduce foaming and manage convoluted fuel pipe designs ensures smoother fueling, even under challenging conditions.
The StreamShaper complements Husky’s comprehensive range of fuelling products, including nozzles, hoses, swivels, and fuel additives, further reinforcing its reputation as a trusted partner in fueling technology.
