Honda Cars India has announced the commencement of bookings for the Elevate at INR 21,000. Interestingly, few of the dealerships had already started taking up bookings post the vehicle unveiling.
Yuichi Murata, Director, Marketing and Sales, Honda Cars India, claims that the Elevate has received tremendous response since its World Premiere in June 2023.
The vehicle is powered by a 1.5L i-Vtec petrol engine mated to a six-speed manual gearbox or a CVT, delivering 121 horsepower and 145 Nm of torque.
Besides the engine and the platform, it shares a few components with the City and Amaze. The cabin sees a new 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless android auto and Apple CarPlay. It also has a 7-inch HD colour TFT instrument cluster as the City.
The SUV also carries Honda Sensing from the City, with features such as lane keep assist, collision mitigation braking, road departure mitigation, adaptive cruise control, auto high beam, and lead car departure notification.
