HMSI Conducts Impactful Road Safety Campaign In Thane mobility outlook

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) continues to prioritise road safety through its widespread awareness campaigns across the country. HMSI's Road Safety Awareness Campaign in Thane, Maharashtra featured a variety of interactive activities designed to engage 1800 participants and impart crucial safety knowledge. These activities included safety riding theory sessions, danger prediction training, road safety quizzes, helmet awareness, and riding trainer sessions. The hands-on approach ensured that the participants remained actively involved and gained valuable insights into safe road practices.

Recognising the importance of educating the younger generation, HMSI emphasises road safety awareness for children, believing that early education can contribute significantly to reducing accidents and creating safer roads. By conducting engaging and interactive programmes in schools, colleges, and government institutions, HMSI aims to foster responsible road usage and cultivate safe riding habits among all age groups

The success of the Thane campaign was made possible with the support of the TMC School authorities, to whom HMSI extends its gratitude. The collaboration between HMSI and educational institutions is vital in making a significant impact on road safety awareness and accident reduction.

Since its inception, HMSI has reached nearly 3 lakh adults and children in Maharashtra, promoting the importance of responsible road behaviour. Nationwide, HMSI's road safety education initiatives have impacted over 60 lakh individuals, underscoring its commitment to enhancing road safety across India.
