Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has launched the updated 2025 Shine 125 designed to meet modern needs with advanced features and compliance with the latest OBD2B norms. Priced at INR 84,493 for the drum brake variant and INR 89,245 for the disc brake variant (all prices ex-showroom Delhi), the new Shine 125 brings updates aimed at enhancing the riding experience for customers.

The new Shine 125 is powered by a 123.94cc single-cylinder PGM-Fi engine, delivering 10.6 bhp at 7,500 rpm and 11 Nm of peak torque at 6,000 rpm. The engine is now OBD2B-compliant, ensuring adherence to stricter emission standards while maintaining Honda’s focus on performance and reliability. It also features an Idling Stop System, which enhances fuel efficiency by automatically turning off the engine during idle moments, aligning with Honda’s commitment to sustainability.

A key highlight of the 2025 Shine 125 is the inclusion of a fully digital instrument cluster. This advanced feature provides real-time mileage data, range estimation, service reminders, gear position information, and an Eco indicator, offering riders enhanced convenience and operational insights. The addition of a USB Type-C charging port further increases its practicality, allowing riders to charge devices on the go.

The Shine 125 retains its classic design but introduces six new colour options, including Pearl Igneous Black, Geny Gray Metallic, Matte Axis Gray Metallic, Rebel Red Metallic, Decent Blue Metallic, and Pearl Siren Blue, giving it a refreshed and stylish appeal. The motorcycle also features a 90mm wider rear tyre, which improves both its visual presence and road stability.

The 2025 Shine 125 is now available at Honda dealerships across India, ensuring accessibility for riders seeking a reliable and feature-packed commuter motorcycle.
