Hero MotoCorp CEO, Niranjan Gupta, attributed the strong results to operational efficiency and strategic focus. He said, “We have continued our exceptional performance in Q2FY25, setting new benchmarks in both topline and bottomline. Our robust cash management has further strengthened our financial position, enabling us to aggressively invest in brand building and portfolio expansion.”
The company is planning significant growth initiatives. In the premium segment, Hero MotoCorp will launch three new models—Xpulse 210, Xtreme 250R, and Karizma XMR 250—within the next six months, supported by the expansion of its premium-focused Premia stores to over 100 outlets by FY25-end. In the scooter segment, three new ICE models featuring several innovations will be launched by March 2025, alongside an expanded EV lineup under the VIDA brand to cover all price segments.
The recently concluded festive season was a milestone for the company, with Hero clocking its highest-ever retail sales of 16 lakh units, driven by robust rural demand. A strong monsoon is expected to sustain this momentum in the two-wheeler industry.
With a solid product pipeline, expanding distribution network, and strong financials, Hero MotoCorp is well-positioned to capitalise on growth opportunities in both domestic and international markets. The company’s aggressive push in the premium and EV segments aligns with evolving consumer preferences, reinforcing its leadership in the two-wheeler market.
