Greaves Electric Mobility has serviced 100,000 electric two-wheelers in the last six months (April-September). According to a press release, this is in line with its mission to transit customers toward a sustainable electric mobility ecosystem and provide the best-in-class service.
These one lakh e-scooters were serviced in 275 cities through 350+ service touchpoints. The services offered ranged from periodic services (free & paid) to accidental, warranty and general repair. In addition, Greaves Electric Mobility is offering a 24x7 roadside assistance and extended warranty up to five years.
Sanjay Behl, CEO & Executive Director, Greaves Electric Mobility said the transition towards electric mobility goes beyond just the sale of EVs to a myriad of customer-centric solutions and services, including easy and affordable access to quality after-sales service.
“On the back of a billion kilometres logged by our Ampere brand of electric scooters, this milestone signifies Greaves Electric’s commitment to providing high quality after-sales service and reinforces our core tenet that a customer is the most important visitor on our premise,” said Behl in the release.
