Godawari Electric Motors enters the electric two-wheeler segment with the launch of the Eblu Feo electric scooter at a price of INR 99,999. The Feo will be manufactured at the company’s Raipur plant alongside the brand’s category L5M electric three-wheeler Rozee and Thrill e-bicycle.
The battery pack is IP67 waterproof, and the 60 V home charger, offered as standard, will charge the scooter from zero to full charge in five hours and 25 minutes.
Eblu Feo comes with a telescopic front suspension and twin shocks at the rear. A welcome addition is the disc brakes up front and rear for enhanced braking. Furthermore, the seat has been ergonomically designed to improve comfort, and the seat height has been kept low, allowing riders of shorter dimensions to handle the scooter with ease.
Hyder Khan, CEO, Godawari Electric Motors, mentioned that Eblu will be able to cater to a wider customer base with a robust retail network pan-India. The scooter has been designed from the ground up at the company’s Raipur facility.
In addition to the driving modes being offered, regenerative braking can extend the driving range per the riding conditions. Godawari is offering a three-year / 30,000 km warranty on the vehicle.
The next slated launch for the company is its e-loader Eblu Reino in September later this year. The dealerships across the country will also be doubled to 100 by the end of this fiscal year.
