GLIDA has installed 200KW high-power public chargers at DLF Cyberpark Gurugram. Formerly known as Fortum Charge & Drive India, GLIDA has partnered with Kempower, a renowned Finnish manufacturer of DC fast chargers, to achieve this milestone. This installation strengthens GLIDA's partnership with DLF, now operating 20 charging points in DLF's Cyber City alone.

Awadhesh K Jha, Executive Director of GLIDA, stated 'The installation of the new 200KW Kempower charger is just the beginning of redefining how India moves, and we will continue to commission more superfast charging sites in the future. This latest charging technology will enhance the seamless experience for EV users, encouraging wider adoption of electric vehicles.'

The Kempower chargers offer a dynamic and efficient charging experience, allowing for faster EV charging and top-ups, which leads to a hassle-free driving experience. These superfast chargers will also accelerate the adoption of electric commercial mobility solutions, including buses and trucks, by significantly reducing charge time.

GLIDA was the first to demonstrate remote charging technology and install India's first 50kW Fast CCS charger, among other pioneering efforts. GLIDA's dedication to innovation and collaboration with global leaders like Kempower is setting new standards for public EV charging infrastructure in India.
