Force Motors Secures Order For 2,978 Vehicles From Indian Defence Forces

With the latest defence order, Force Motors reaffirms its role as a strategic mobility partner to the Indian Armed Forces, supplying vehicles that ensure mission readiness, durability, and reliability in the most demanding conditions.

Force Motors Limited has announced that the company has received an order for supplying f 2,978 vehicles to Indian Defence Forces. The order includes vehicles tailored for both the Indian Army and Indian Air Force, supporting national security through its lineup of General Service Vehicles (GSVs).

Prasan Firodia, Managing Director, Force Motors, said, “We are honoured to continue our association with the Indian Defence Forces through this substantial order. One of Force’s defence offering is the Gurkha Light Strike Vehicle (LSV), renowned for its off-road prowess, high ground clearance, and best-in-class water wading capability. Engineered to operate in extreme conditions—from deserts to mountain passes—the Gurkha’s robust build, advanced 4x4 drivetrain, and exceptional maneuverability have made it a preferred choice for defence deployments.
