Brazilian airframer Embraer, celebrating its 54 anniversary, has launched a new web series on innovation that provides a behind-the-scenes look at how it is pushing the frontiers of knowledge and developing disruptive technologies.
The episodes will be published weekly on Embraer’s official YouTube channel, and the audio-visual project is part of the airframer’s anniversary celebrations in August.
The first chapter focuses on the airframer's role in the global innovation ecosystem throughout its history and features testimonials from company professionals. The second episode will highlight the technologies that can enable a new era of sustainable air mobility.
The third episode will focus on advancements in autonomous systems and their diverse applications, such as pilot assistants, urban delivery drones, aerial spraying, and the development of the electric take-off and vertical landing (eVTOL) aircraft from its subsidiary EVE. The fourth video will show how new technologies are already changing manufacturing processes in Industry 4.0.
