In a significant move towards bolstering urban sustainability, EKA Mobility has partnered with Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) to electrify a fleet of garbage collection vehicles for the city. The collaboration will further establish Pune as a model for sustainable urban development.
The vehicles were handed over in the presence of senior government officials. EKA Mobility's commitment to fostering zero emission transportation is in line with PMC's step in enhancing the city's environmental profile and improving the quality of life for its residents. These 1.5-tonne electric garbage tipper vehicles signify a monumental shift towards sustainable and eco-friendly waste management in Pune.
