EKA (Pinnacle Mobility Solutions Pvt. Ltd.), an electric mobility and technology company, has announced the appointment of Sohel Merchant as its Chief Innovation Officer (CIO).
Merchant brings over 20 years of experience in vehicle engineering and programme management within the automotive sector. Prior to joining EKA, he was the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Canoo, where he helped design innovative electric platforms and vehicles for the commercial sector, the US Department of Defence, and NASA. During his tenure at Tesla, he was involved in the design of the Model S and Model X vehicles.
