In a significant leadership transition, Dr Lakshmi Venu has been appointed as Vice Chairman of TAFE - Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited, one of the world's largest tractor manufacturers.
A dynamic leader with a proven track record in the farm mechanization and auto component industry, Dr Venu has been instrumental in shaping TAFE’s Massey Ferguson and Eicher Tractors business, reinforcing the company’s commitment to innovation, quality, and customer-centricity.
Recognizing her strategic vision and impactful contributions, TAFE’s Board announced her elevation, further strengthening the company's leadership for future growth. In addition to her role at TAFE, she serves as Managing Director of Sundaram-Clayton Ltd., a leading automotive component manufacturer.
