The Bangalore-based Cogos Technologies announced the appointment of Goutham Kumar as Vice-president of Technology.
The company said that the employment will further aim at creating a one-stop ERP solution for all logistical needs.
In his role, Kumar will be responsible for the proprietary Logistics ERP platform to increase the efficiency of Cogos Trucks business and build strategies to build Intellectual Property.
With professional experience of 20 years, he has been associated with companies like BMC Software and Boston Technology Corporation and has expertise in conceptualising, building and transitioning POCs to product teams, a press release from the company said.
Prasad Sreeram, Co-founder & CEO, COGOS, said that Kumar will help the company build a more efficient platform for city logistics as it aims to penetrate deeper into Tier 2 & 3 markets with its services.
