Cogos has appointed Prasad Katta as the new COO and the Director on the Board of the company.
A press release from the company stated that in his new role, Katta will lead the charge in driving ongoing innovation and nurturing the company's expansion. Additionally, he will oversee various key departments, including business development, operations, legal, people/HR MIS, and business process improvement.

Early this year, the company secured a $1.2 million debt facility from Vivriti Capital, which is being utilised in its expansion plans. It has recently expanded its operations in Himachal Pradesh and Goa. The company claims to be present in 25 States and 450 cities.
