New appointments aim for enhanced efficiency and growth in agriculture and construction segments.


CNH Strengthens Global Leadership Team mobility outlook

CNH has announced the formation of its new Global Leadership Team (GLT), designed to deliver its strategic priorities more swiftly and effectively, ensuring profitable long-term growth in the Agriculture segment. The Construction segment will function as a distinct business unit within CNH, enjoying greater autonomy.

The newly organised GLT operates within a simplified matrix structure, comprising top-tier industry experts and seasoned practitioners from within CNH. Their extensive in-house and industry knowledge will be pivotal in executing the company’s strategic plans. These appointments are effective from August 1, and all positions will report directly to the CEO.

Gerrit Marx, now CEO of CNH, will also take direct responsibility for the Agriculture segment, succeeding Scott Wine. Humayun Chishti has been appointed as President of the Construction segment, bringing over two decades of experience with CNH. Douglas MacLeod continues as President of Financial Services, a role he has held for over 15 years.

The region heads will focus on the financial performance and commercial execution of the Agriculture segment in their respective regions, working alongside the Presidents of Construction and Financial Services. Vilmar Fistarol has been confirmed as President for North America, with over 30 years of experience at CNH. Carlo Alberto Sisto will serve as President for EMEA, a region he has been part of since 1998. Rafael Miotto, with over 20 years at CNH, continues as President for Latin America. Luca Mainardi, recently China Country Manager, is appointed President for Asia Pacific, excluding India. Narinder Mittal, previously India Country Manager, takes on the role of President for India, reflecting the country’s growing strategic importance for CNH.

Stefano Pampalone is now Agriculture Chief Commercial Officer, overseeing global commercial strategy for the Agriculture segment. Oddone Incisa remains Chief Financial Officer, with 25 years at CNH. Jay Schroeder steps into the role of Chief Technology Officer, leveraging his 30 years of R&D experience. Carlos Santiago, with significant experience from Daimler and Mercedes Benz, is appointed Chief Manufacturing Officer. Tom Verbaeten continues as Chief Supply Chain Officer, and Chun Woytera transitions to Chief Quality & Customer Advocacy Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer. Kelly Manley is confirmed as Chief Human Resources Officer, and Roberto Russo remains Chief Legal and Compliance Officer.

The Internal Audit function, led by Glenn Robertson, will report directly to the Audit Committee of CNH’s Board of Directors.

CEO Gerrit Marx expressed confidence in the new leadership team’s ability to accelerate the delivery of high-quality products and services, enhancing customer experience. He emphasised the importance of quality, brand strength, and the integration of advanced technology in guiding CNH’s operational execution. Marx also announced an Investor Day scheduled for early 2025, where the company will present its updated strategic plan.

Marx also took the opportunity to thank Fritz Eichler, Marc Kermisch, and Scott Moran for their contributions to CNH, wishing them success in their future endeavours.
