With an aim to further enhance the customer experience and product offerings, Citroën India, under its Corporate Agency license, has signed a strategic partnership with ICICI Lombard GIC for insurance services on its vehicles.
A press release from Citroen noted that the strategic partnership will ensure that the customers have more options to select the insurance coverages that suit their specific requirements.
Some of the key offerings from ICICI Lombard GIC will include 24X7 dedicated helpline for claims management and customer service, ICICI Lombard take care app & website for claims support, claims live video inspection – instaspect, digital claim document submission, e-claims – contactless claim process and virtual survey for claim settlement.
Additionally, unique add-on products like EMI Protect, Emergency Medical Expenses, and Battery Protect will be offered to Citroën India customers.
