Caterpillar Showcases New Solutions & Services At EXCON mobility outlook

Caterpillar Inc has unveiled its integrated product solutions and exceptional aftermarket services at Excon 2023, held in Bangalore from December 12th to 16th. The four-day exhibition highlights Caterpillar's remarkable success in transitioning from Bharat Stage 4 (BS4) to the more stringent Bharat Stage 5 (BS5) emission standards.

For over 50 years, Caterpillar has played a pivotal role in India's development journey by manufacturing and introducing innovations that contribute to sustainable growth.

Caterpillar's focus on integrating the latest technologies is evident in its offerings aimed at enhancing worker safety, extending equipment lifespan, and boosting productivity while prioritising energy conservation. The company's commitment to sustainability is showcased through differentiated services like digital and financial solutions, with an emphasis on remanufacturing and rebuilds.

Mukul Dixit, India Director of Sales and Marketing in Caterpillar’s Global Construction and Infrastructure Division, expressed the company's dedication to shaping the future of technology and delivering unique value to customers. He highlighted Caterpillar's Next Gen machines, digital-focused service offerings, and financial solutions such as Customer Value Agreements (CVA), setting new industry standards for customer-centricity.

EXCON 2023 attendees had the opportunity to explore advanced technologies and service solutions, including Cat Product Link and GPS connectivity for smart machinery operation, Cat Grade with Assist for automated excavator movements, and Cat Motor Grader with AccuGrade for enhanced grading accuracy. VisionLink was presented as a solution to streamline fleet management by providing timely equipment data for informed decision-making.

Caterpillar's commitment to supporting India's infrastructure growth was emphasised through initiatives such as Customer Value Agreements (CVAs) ensuring hassle-free equipment ownership and Cat Financial, which offers financing and protection options for businesses, including Rebuild Financing.
