Bridgestone has announced the upcoming release of the BATTLAX SPORT TOURING T33, a new tyre designed specifically for the sport touring segment. Scheduled to launch in January 2025, the T33 tyre aims to deliver an upgrade in both mileage and handling compared to its predecessor, the BATTLAX SPORT TOURING T32. With a focus on enhancing safety and riding pleasure the T33 offers a 47% improvement in mileage, making it an ideal choice for long-distance riders.

The BATTLAX SPORT TOURING T33 retains the high wet performance standards of the T32 while improving stability, handling, and safety on dry roads. This evolution has been achieved by combining an innovative compound with a newly optimised tread pattern. The tyre’s new construction is designed for both light and heavier motorcycles ensuring reliable grip and control giving riders added confidence during extended journeys. The front tyre includes a new cross-belt while the rear tyre uses an MS Belt that adapts flexibly to various bike weights.

Bridgestone has enhanced the T33’s durability by introducing a new compound that incorporates a highly wear-resistant polymer, especially in the rear tyre. This advancement, along with optimised tread design and carcass structure, reduces the sliding area and increases tyre lifespan. With its combination of improved compound and structural innovations, the T33 promises to deliver a superior riding experience, particularly suited for motorcyclists who prioritise both performance and longevity.

Available in four front and six rear sizes at launch, with additional sizes expected in 2026, the BATTLAX SPORT TOURING T33 reinforces Bridgestone’s commitment to promoting safety and sustainability in the motorcycling industry.
