Powered by a liquid-cooled permanent magnet electric motor and a high-efficiency lithium-ion battery with central cooling, the BMW CE 04 delivers 41.5 bhp. It has a maximum speed of 120 kmph and a range of 130 km, making it suitable for both city commutes and longer journeys. The scooter also features a coloured 10.25-inch TFT display with split-screen capability, keyless ride, and a reversing aid. BMW CE 04 comes with a complimentary 2.3 kW home charger that takes 3 hours and 30 minutes to charge from 0 to 80%. An optional BMW Wallbox charger is also available.

The ex-showroom price of the BMW CE 04 starts at INR 14,90,000. Prices are inclusive of GST but exclude road tax, RTO statutory taxes/fees, other local taxes/cess levies, and insurance.

BMW India Financial Services provides customised and flexible financial solutions for BMW Motorrad customers. Loans can be approved before delivery, ensuring a smooth purchasing process. Additionally, all BMW Motorrad vehicles come with a standard three-year, unlimited kilometre warranty, which can be extended to the fourth and fifth years. The 24/7 Road-Side Assistance package ensures prompt service in case of breakdowns and towing situations.

The BMW CE 04 is available in two colour options: the base variant in Light White and the optional Avantgarde style in Imperial Blue Metallic. The Avantgarde style includes bright orange seat accents and a tinted windshield, creating a visually appealing contrast.

The suspension system, featuring a one-piece tubular steel main frame, ensures smooth handling and a high level of ride comfort. The double disc brake at the front and single disc brake at the rear, assisted by BMW Motorrad Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), ensure reliable deceleration and additional safety. The BMW CE 04 also includes Automatic Stability Control (ASC) and three riding modes: ECO, Rain, and Road.

Optional packages include the Comfort Package, which adds heated grips and a backrest comfort seat, and the Dynamic Package, which offers Riding Modes Pro, Headlight Pro, ABS Pro, adaptive headlights, and daytime riding lights. A comprehensive range of optional equipment and original BMW Motorrad accessories is available for further customisation.
