BMW India has launched the highly anticipated BMW M4 CS, a limited-edition performance vehicle with cutting-edge motor racing DNA. Available as a Completely Built-Up (CBU) unit, the BMW M4 CS combines striking sportbike styling with an advanced performance package, offering Indian customers a unique driving experience. The car can be booked at BMW dealerships across the country.

Priced at INR 1.89 crore (ex-showroom, Delhi), the car comes with an enhanced 3.0-litre, six-cylinder inline engine, producing 550 hp and 650 Nm of torque. This allows the car to accelerate from 0-100 kmph in just 3.4 seconds, while its top speed is electronically capped at 302 km/h. The car's engine is mated to an eight-speed M Steptronic transmission, offering dynamic and smooth shifting across various driving modes.

Key to the M4 CS’s appeal is its lightweight design, which includes extensive use of carbon fibre-reinforced plastic (CFRP), shaving off 20 kg compared to the BMW M4 Competition Coupé. The car also features a 300 km/h top speed, BMW M xDrive, and an active M Differential at the rear axle, further enhancing handling and stability.

Designed for track and road use, the vehicle has undergone rigorous testing at the Nürburgring’s Nordschleife, where it clocked an impressive time of 7:21.989. The car's sleek design is complemented by its high-performance features, including an M Carbon roof, M Compound brakes, and M Carbon ceramic brake options.

Inside, it offers an immersive driving environment, with M Carbon bucket seats, an M Alcantara steering wheel, and a 5-inch colour TFT LCD instrument panel. The car also comes equipped with advanced technology, including the BMW Curved Display, M Drift Analyzer, and M Laptimer.

BMW's new Operating System 8.5 powers the vehicle's digital interface, offering improved functionality and connectivity, including wireless smartphone integration and an upgraded Harman Kardon sound system.

Vikram Pawah, President & CEO of BMW Group India, said, “The BMW M4 CS brings a new level of race-track exhilaration to the streets. Its exceptional performance, race-inspired design, and technological sophistication are sure to captivate driving enthusiasts across the country.”

The BMW M4 CS is set to create a lasting impression among Indian automotive enthusiasts, blending thrilling performance with everyday usability.
