BMW has officially introduced the new XM Label in India with a price tag of Rs. 3.15 crore (ex-showroom). A special edition of the XM flagship performance SUV, it is limited to just 500 units worldwide and only one unit will make it to Indian shores.
The limited-edition BMW XM Label in question is finished in a shade of BMW Individual Frozen Carbon Black Metallic. There are multiple Toronto Red Metallic inserts all around, including elements such as the grille, rear diffuser, wheels, window lines, and brake callipers. Also up for offer is an Illuminated grille, and 22-inch M-spec alloy wheels.
Inside, the 2024 BMW XM Label boasts a black and red theme including the seats, red stitching, XM badging in a carbon-fibre satin finish, curved display, HUD, B&O-sourced 20-speaker music system, and M-specific elements like the seats, steering wheel finished in black chrome, and gear lever. Further, each unit of this iteration is adorned with a ‘1 of 500’ plaque.
At the heart of the new XM Label is a 4.4-litre, twin-turbo V8 engine mated with a single electric motor, with the combined power output standing at a massive 748bhp and 1,000Nm of torque. These figures are 95bhp and 200Nm more when compared to the vanilla XM. Paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission, power is sent to all four wheels via the signature M xDrive all-wheel-drive system.
