India’s first electric tractor venture AutoNxt Automation showcased its self-driving electric tractor at Chandigarh Electric Vehicle Expo held recently.
As per Pankaj Goyal, Co-Founder & COO, AutoNxt Automation, the e-Tractor received a strong response from visitors, and many expressed interest in buying the same.
He said, “We are extremely privileged to have the Deputy Chief Minister and other Cabinet Ministers in our stall who have appreciated the presence of only EV Tractor in the show. Simultaneously, we have received expressions of interest from many to become the distributor in the local region for our e-Tractors.”
Goyal also presented a talk on the Punjab EV Policy wherein he requested the Government to include e-tractors in the policies and to create provisions for incentives to promote faster adoption of e-tractors in the State.
