Audi India has launched the RS Q8 Performance at a starting price of INR 2.49 crore (ex-showroom). The high-performance luxury SUV combines a commanding presence with advanced technology and everyday usability. The new model is designed for enthusiasts seeking an unparalleled blend of power, precision, and comfort.
The RS Q8 Performance is powered by a 4.0-litre V8 TFSI engine producing 631 bhp and 850 Nm of torque. The vehicle features an eight-speed Tiptronic transmission and Audi’s quattro all-wheel-drive system with a sport differential, ensuring superior handling and control. The adaptive air suspension and active roll stabilisation further enhance the driving experience, offering a balance between agility and comfort.
Audi RS Q8 Performance sports a bold exterior design with HD Matrix LED headlights and Audi laser light technology. The RS-specific aggressive styling is complemented by a roof edge spoiler and an RS-sport exhaust system, designed to enhance both aesthetics and acoustics. The SUV is available with 23-inch wheels in various designs, including a standard 6-Y twin-spoke Matt Neodymium Gold variant. Audi also offers styling packages in black and matte grey for a personalised touch.
Inside, the RS Q8 Performance offers a luxurious cabin equipped with an Audi virtual cockpit plus, RS-specific displays, and premium front sport seats upholstered in perforated Valcona leather with honeycomb stitching. The SUV features inlays in Aluminium Race and Anthracite, four-zone climate control with an air ioniser and fragrance function, and a range of comfort-enhancing technologies. The infotainment system includes MMI Navigation Plus with MMI Touch response, ambient lighting with 30 colour options, and a Bang & Olufsen 3D Premium Sound System with 17 speakers. An advanced 23-speaker, 1,920-watt Bang & Olufsen system is available as an option.
The RS Q8 Performance is equipped with advanced safety features, including six airbags, electronic stability control, lane departure warning, and cruise control with a speed limiter. Park Assist Plus with a 360-degree camera enhances ease of manoeuvring, while power-latching doors and an electrically operated luggage compartment lid add to convenience.
