Ather Energy has introduced its new Ather Care service plans designed to make maintenance more affordable and convenient for its customers. As many Ather owners are now transitioning out of their initial three-year warranty, the company identified the need for a service plan that would reduce the financial uncertainty of periodic maintenance. The Ather Care service plans provide customers with a choice of three options: Ather Care, Ather Care Plus, and Ather Care Max, allowing them to select a plan that fits their specific needs and usage.
The basic Ather Care plan includes two free periodic maintenance services, a 10% discount on wear-and-tear parts and labour for replacements once a year. The mid-tier Ather Care Plus plan builds on this with an additional free polishing service, a free wash, and twice the discount on labour and parts. The most comprehensive plan, Ather Care Max, includes two brake pad replacements, two ExpressCare services, belt lubrication, and additional free washes and polishes. Each of these plans is structured to help customers manage their maintenance costs more effectively, while ensuring that their electric vehicles remain in top condition.
Customers can purchase the plans from any of Ather’s 210 authorised service centres or 230 experience centres. The plans are priced between INR 1,130 and INR 2,400, depending on the location and specific benefits, with potential savings of up to INR 5,900 for customers. The plans can only be redeemed at the dealership where they are purchased.
