Euler Motors has appointed Ashish Tandon as its Global Head for Customer Excellence. With over 25 years of experience in the automotive sector, spanning both ICE and EV domains, Ashish brings a wealth of expertise to the role.

Ashish Tandon has held leadership positions at Tata Motors (Commercial Vehicles Business), TAFE, and Mahindra & Mahindra. His educational background in engineering, combined with advanced certification in EV technology from IIT Delhi, makes him well-suited to lead Euler Motors' efforts in strengthening customer engagement. His role will include overseeing EV technology integration to ensure a scalable, efficient, and uniform customer journey.

In his new role, Ashish will focus on enhancing both pre-purchase and after-sales experiences for customers, ensuring that they are on par with or better than those offered for ICE vehicles. Ashish stated, “I am honoured to join Euler Motors. The EV narrative in India has largely revolved around product and adoption. I am excited to be part of a company that is prioritising the post-acquisition customer journey, which is crucial to transforming mobility in India. I look forward to contributing to Euler Motors’ vision and India’s sustainable mobility transformation.”
