Automotive Manufacturers Private Limited (AMPL) marked a significant milestone with the inauguration of its state-of-the-art 3S facility in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. This establishment represents AMPL's commitment to providing robust support and extensive reach to Ashok Leyland customers in the region, solidifying its position as the largest Ashok Leyland dealer.

Situated strategically at National Highway 19, the modern 60,000 sq ft facility serves as a crucial hub connecting Northern and Eastern states. The facility, equipped with advanced tools, features 10 vehicle servicing bays operated by a team of highly trained mechanics. Offering 24x7 breakdown support, the 3S dealership includes a comfortable driver lounge with night halt facilities.

Commenting on the inauguration, Sanjeev Kumar, President-MHCV, Ashok Leyland, emphasized the importance of Uttar Pradesh as a key market. The new dealership, a collaboration with long-term partner AMPL, aims to strengthen their foothold in the region, providing enhanced pre and post-sales experiences to customers.

Rajiv Sanghvi, Executive Director, Automotive Manufacturers Private Limited, expressed excitement about the strengthened network and highlighted the facility's role in providing best-in-class service and ownership experience. The decision to establish this outlet was influenced by the rising demand in the region, particularly near the upcoming industrial zone near Rajatalab and Mirzamurad, addressing the need for an Ashok Leyland 3S facility on a 480 km stretch between Kanpur and Aurangabad.

The facility is poised to minimize vehicle downtime and enhance productivity and profitability by offering prompt service for various vehicle segments, including tipper trucks, passenger buses, haulage trucks, fuel tanks, and ICV goods vehicles. Beyond serving the local market, the outlet plays a crucial role as a stop for vehicles traveling from states like Delhi and Haryana towards West Bengal and the North Eastern States, providing maintenance services, 24x7 breakdown assistance, and Ad Blue availability. With over 100 service locations across five states, AMPL continues to play a pivotal role in the Ashok Leyland network.
