Salesforce has announced its collaboration with Ampere, part of Greaves Electric Mobility (GEM), to power the latter with sales, service, and dealer management systems as it expands its retail footprint nationwide.
GEM will deploy Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, various unifying departments onto a single platform. This will allow the OEM to deliver personalised experiences and strengthen its relationships with data-driven insights. Salesforce will also provide GEM's dealer partners with better dealer management systems to enhance customer experiences in offline and online channels.
