Royal Enfield has unveiled the new Classic 350 in India. The bike receives a fresh set of colours and upgraded equipment for 2024.
The most significant update is in the form of an LED headlight. This is the same unit that you see on the new Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 or even the Interceptor 650. The bike also gets a pair of LED position lights and an LED tail light. The bike also gets a useful gear position indicator.
The top-spec Classic 350 also gets adjustable brake and clutch levers as well as a USB charging port.
The new Classic 350 can be had in seven different colour options, Jodhpur Blue, Madras Red, Emerald, Commando Sand, Brown, and Stealth.
Mechanically the new Classic 350 is the same. It continues to be powered by the 349cc, single-cylinder, air/oil-cooled motor that makes 20.2bhp at 6,100rpm and a peak torque of 27Nm at 4,000rpm. The engine is paired with a five-speed gearbox.
The 2024 Royal Enfield Classic 350 rivals the Honda CB350 and the Jawa 350.
The company will announce the price of the bike on 1 September. We expect the new model to carry a premium of around Rs. 2,000-4,000 for the lower-spec variants and up to Rs. 7,000 for the top-spec variants.
