Bajaj Auto has refreshed its entire Pulsar NS lineup in India and following the NS160 and NS200, the Pulsar NS125 has also received a few updates.
For starters, the NS125 gets the same LED headlight that you see on the bigger Pulsar NS’. The headlight cluster has an integrated DRL that looks striking and much better than the halogen setup on the previous bike.
The other tech update on the NS125 is an all-digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity. A rider can pair their smartphone with the cluster using a dedicated app. Upon doing so, they can receive incoming call and SMS notifications as well as turn-by-turn navigation guidance.
The rest of the motorcycle is the same as before. The Pulsar NS125 is powered by a 125cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine which develops 11.8bhp and 11Nm. It has the same frame as the rest of the Pulsar NS line up.
Following the updates, the price of the Pulsar NS125 has risen by Rs 5000 and it now costs Rs 1.5 lakh, ex-showroom. At this price point, the Bajaj goes up against the popular TVS Raider 125 and the newly launched Hero Xtreme 125R.
