Dr Arun Jaura is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Hero MotoCorp. He works with his teams at the Center of Innovation and Technology (CIT) in Jaipur, India and the Tech Center Germany (TCG) near Munich, to provide sustainable mobility solutions and services to over 100 million customers across the world. Dr Jaura has over 30 years of global experience across three continents and four countries, in diverse sectors – off-road and on-road mobility, power, new-age transportation & technologies, artificial intelligence, new business development and GCCs. His focus on circular economies, sustainability, nurturing talent and harnessing innovation platforms is exemplary. Prior to joining Hero MotoCorp, he has held leadership roles in companies such as Michelin, Traktion, SAE International, Eaton, Mahindra and Mahindra and Ford Motor Company, DRDO, Sang Sun (India) amongst others.
